Refunds are generally available within 7 days, provided you have not completed a course and received a Certificate of Completion. However, RadComm does not offer refunds on the ARRT Mammography Examination Review & the Mock Exam.
There are no refunds available for ARRT Mammography Examination Reviews & Mock Exam since the User does not receive credit. In some cases, exceptions may be allowed if the refund is requested within 24-hours of purchase.
Requests must be sent via email. You may request a refund prior to course completion by sending an email to admin@radcomm.net requesting a refund and the reason for the request. You will be notified within 7 days if a refund is available.

Refunds
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days which is determined by your card provider.

RadComm courses are approved by the AHRA and accepted by the ARRT. Most RadComm courses are listed on the ARRT Course Acceptance List. If you are an ARRT member in good standing, and you do not receive ARRT credit for any RadComm course listed on the Course Accptance List we will either help you get the credits you are entitled to or we will refund your money.
In order to recieve a refund you must contact us in writing within 30 days of the course completion.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
